Hi everyone, has anyone had any sightings of scottish wildcats around the loch, I think my wife and i saw one recently,by the house, it was larger in size than a normal cat, with a small head, Its body black/grey and the tail had several rings around its tail, I mentioned the sighting the following day to my neighbour and farmer who confirmed that he had seen it on several occassions and that in his opinion it was a wild cat, based on that i supplied details of the sighting to the Scottish Wild Cat Association, who in turn E mailed me to say that they do get sightings around the Oban area on occassion.Obviously in order to protect the species I would not want exact locations but it would be nice to know that if there has been any other sightings.
regards Micky ( awesome)
